Human Respiratory Syncytial Virus recombinant nucleoprotein (hRSV-rN) from S. cerevisiae

Major nucleocapsid protein of hRSV was expressed in Saccharomyces cerevisiae and purified from yeast lysates by ultracentrifugation in CsCl gradients under native (non-denaturing) conditions to ~90% purity.

Two differently formulated products are available:

• 14RSV-RSc-G: from S. cerevisiae, in glycerol stock.
• 14RSV-RSc-L: from S. cerevisiae, lyophilized.
