Description: Mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 7B10) to mumps virus nucleoprotein. Primary antibody, unconjugated.
Immunogen: mumps virus recombinant nucleocapsid protein protein expressed in S. cerevisiae, Mu-rNP (product code 12MuNP-ASc).
Tested applications: ELISA, Western blot (WB).
Western blot using monoclonal antibody 7B10 to mumps virus nucleocapsid protein (Cat. code 18MAk-Mu-7B10), 5 µg/ml, followed by secondary anti-mouse antibody conjugated to HRP.

1 – Mu-rNP, mumps virus recombinant nucleocapsid protein expressed in S. cerevisiae (12MuNP-ASc-Gly), 1 µg,
2 – Mu-rNP, mumps virus recombinant nucleocapsid protein expressed in P. pastoris (12MuNP-APp-Gly), 1 µg,
3 – Me-rN, measles virus recombinant nucleoprotein expressed in S. cerevisiae (12MeN-BSc-Gly), 1 µg,
4 – Me-rN, measles virus recombinant nucleoprotein expressed in P. pastoris (12MeN-BPp-Gly), 1 µg,
5 – S. cerevisiae lysate, 10 µg,
6 – P. pastoris lysate, 10 µg.
Proteins were separated in 12% SDS-PAGE.
Chromogenic detection was performed by 4-chloro-1-naphthol.
Recommended starting dilutions: WB 1/200-1/1000; ELISA 1/1000-1/10000. Optimal concentrations should be determined by the end user.
