3 – Me-rN, measles virus recombinant nucleoprotein expressed in S. cerevisiae (12MeN-BSc-Gly), 1 µg,

Proteins were separated in 12% SDS-PAGE.
Chromogenic detection was performed by 4-chloro-1-naphthol.
Recommended starting dilutions: WB 1/200-1/1000; ELISA 1/1000-1/10000. Optimal concentrations should be determined by the end user.
