5 – S. cerevisiae whole cell lysate, 10 µg of protein on lane,

Proteins were separated in 12% SDS-PAGE.
Chromogenic detection was performed by 4-chloro-1-naphthol.
Recommended starting dilutions: WB 1/200-1/1000; ELISA 1/1000-1/10000. Optimal concentrations should be determined by the end user.

Antibody 6E4 reacts with biotinylated synthetic peptide VKQSRGEAR corresponding to this Me-N amino acid sequence (GenBank: AAF85699.1).
