Measles virus recombinant nucleoprotein (Me-rN) from P. pastoris, in glycerol stock

Description: Measles virus strain Edmonston (Schwarz vaccine) full-length (525 a.a.) recombinant nucleoprotein (GenBank: AAF85699.1). Expressed in Pichia pastoris and purified from yeast lysates by ultracentrifugation in CsCl gradients under native (non-denaturing) conditions.

Quality: assembled in nucleocapsid-like particles (NLPs), which are morphologically similar to native viral nucleocapsids.

Current Lot EM picture: Me-rN preparation visualized by negative staining with uranyl acetate, magnification 89.000x

12MeN-BPp-Gly-89kx-k2
